♥ Amazing wk!
I think I haven't switched my time zone back yet.
God is faithful. God is good.
Amazing week that had just passed, really.
2 groups of people whom you live with, so familiar with, yet they are not familiar with each other. Finally, got to meet each other.
Standing at the 13th floor balcony, I was looking out for them. Mixed feelings.
Was so happy, so touched and yet so anxious.
"Who compares to You, who sets the stars in their place..." Worship begins, unknowingly I begin to tear. A little overwhelmed.
Perhaps it's because you knew you fasted, prayed & work hard for it and it finally happened.
Touched by the presence of the Almighty Lord.
Back into CCH.
Was just so amazed by my cousins - Pam, Clar & Shawn (:
Shawn wasn't afraid of the new environment at all, participating enthusiastically in the games.
Watching him grow up, it was my first time seeing him sitting still & paying attention for such a long time.
Prayed for Pam & Clar. Though they were not used to it, don't really understand...
But I believe God has sown a seed into their hearts for something greater.
In my mind, I saw a greater & amazing future for the 3 of them.
In my heart, I feel a burden for them, because they're going to grow so much more to what God wants them to become.
Exceedingly abundantly, God blesses. I am so grateful :)
Am really happy that Jessica came too, glad that she knew God in a deeper perspective, glad that she understood Pst's sermon, glad that she learn something. I know she's going to be amazing.
I can't wait for what is going to happen in the near future.
Jessica T is simply inspiring, such hunger, fire, such strength in her for God, she's going to be a difference maker. Sabrina is so going to grow too.
On another note, reading a good book now: OUTLIERS
Such an eye-opener!!
10,000hour rule; what a perspective!
But what impacted me more was, after reading much on this chapter, I come to a conclusion that: God allow things to come and happen in seasons.
I believe Bill Gates, Paul Allen and all the top-notch software designers, IT pros in the field will not attain their success if not of their early advantages, opportunities etc. More importantly God allowed and planned for them to come together at the right time.
Success is not just as simple as what you & I think. It's not exclusively of a matter of individual merit. Grab the book and know more!
My 'thank yous' will never be sufficient for Your greatness Lord.
Whatever it takes for mum, for them.
I know greater things have yet to come.
